根据招标公告


S90肥东支线起点(KO+000)位于肥东县石塘镇，于王铁互通，附近与G5011芜合高速公路交叉，并预留远期向北延伸条件；

路线终点(K15+110.796)位于巢湖市炯炀镇，与规划S18宁合高速、S48合叶高速交叉，预留远期向南延伸条件。

项目全线设大桥9座、中小桥3座；中隧道1座；设王铁（枢纽）、烔炀北、西山驿（预留）、烔炀（枢纽）等4处互通立交，其中烔炀（枢纽）互通立交建设规模纳入南京至合肥高速公路合肥段；同步建设匝道收费站1处、养护工区1处等必要的交通工程及沿线设施。

公路等级为全立交、全封闭、高速公路；设计速度120千米/时；路基宽度全线采用双向6车道设计标准，整体式路基宽度34.5米，分离式路基单幅路基宽度17米；路面采用沥青混凝土路面，标准轴载BZZ-100；桥涵设计汽车荷载等级为公路-I级；设计洪水频率为特大桥为1/300，大、中、小桥及涵洞为1/100，路基为1/100。

路线全长约15.111千米。

该项目施工及施工准备期（建设周期）约为31个月。



S90芜合高速肥东支线是《安徽省高速公路网规划修编（2020-2035年）》中规划的项目，是安徽省“五纵十横”高速公路网布局中的联络线，是合肥市规划的“两环十三射多联”高速公路网中新外环线东外绕的组成部分。建成后将进一步缓解合肥市域高速交通压力，完善安徽省高速公路网络，加强合肥都市圈与长三角**地区的互联互通，对促进沿线社会经济发展，改善周边城镇出行条件等具有重大意义。
