安师大肥东附校：五禽戏进校园 传承非遗文化

为普及校园五禽戏，营造良好的校园文体活动氛围，日前，安师大肥东附校邀请了肥东县健身气功协会志愿服务队利用每天下午三点半课后服务时间教授五禽戏。



志愿者为全校师生普及了传统五禽戏文化知识，现场教授基本动作和练习要领。在习练过程中，志愿者们一边给学生详细解说每一个动作要领，一边示范基本动作。

在缓急交错的音乐声中，同学们聚精会神、严谨认真，学习兴趣浓厚，举手投足间仿效虎之威猛、鹿之安舒、熊之沉稳、猿之灵巧、鸟之轻捷，形神兼备，尽显风采。整个过程自然流畅，完美的诠释了“五禽戏”的精神内涵，充分展现出学子们健康活泼，积极向上的精神面貌，给人以美的享受。

学校相关负责人表示，将五禽戏引进校园进行推广，并作为大课间活动必做的课间操，对推动体教深度融合，传承非遗文化有着重要意义，这也是落实“双减”政策和德智体美劳“五大行动”，促进青少年全面发展健康成长的重要的抓手，同学们认真学习的同时，也充分感受了非遗文化的独特魅力。（图文/李静）
